As CFO at Deepbridge, Gareth manages and oversees the financial and investment accounting function. A full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, coupled with a solid commercial background as a Chartered Accountant and Finance Director, Gareth has a proven depth of understanding of the efficient management of complex fund and investment structures. His wide breadth of experience includes directorships in a number of financial services companies, as well as regulatory, legislative and risk management expertise.

With a wealth of experience in financial services, including institutional fund management within the Lloyd’s of London insurance community, and HNW private client stockbroking at Popes Stockbrokers (now Brewin Dolphin), Kieran has an indepth knowledge of the private capital markets, involving capital raising, investor relations and communication, and is responsible for the fund-raising activities at Deepbridge. Kieran has been a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments since 2001.
Through his position on the Investment Supervisory Committee, Kieran acts as a conduit between the Executive Team at Deepbridge and the Independent Committee Team, thus ensuring the Independent Committee have access to all information required to assist them in making sound and strategic investment decisions on a timely basis.

Savvas is Chief Investment Officer at Deepbridge. Prior to joining Deepbridge, Savvas enjoyed a 15 year career in the City, working as an investment banker at JP Morgan, Bear Stearns, Shore Capital, Cantor Fitzgerald, and Panmure Gordon. Savvas was also CEO of telemedicine business Now Healthcare Group. As a highly acclaimed analyst, Savvas has won multiple awards, most recently in 2015 when Savvas was ranked 2nd overall in the prestigious Reuters Starmine survey, a position he also held in 2014. In the same year, Savvas was also runner-up in the CityAM Analyst of the Year awards. Savvas holds a PhD in psychopharmacology from Nottingham University and a BSc (Hons) degree in pharmacology from Manchester University.

Andrew joined Deepbridge in 2014, becoming a Partner in 2015, is a Member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds a BSc in Business Economics and Marketing from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. Andrew is also a patron of the Tim Parry Johnathan Ball Peace Foundation.

Ben is Investment Manager within the Life Sciences team at Deepbridge. Prior to this role, Ben had been the managing director of Touchpoint Service and commercial director of Telmenow the healthcare equipment focussed e-commerce platform. Ben has also been chief commercial officer at Now Healthcare Group, a leading telemedicine provider with its Dr Now app.
With a BA (Hons) in Management from the University of Manchester, Ben’s other corporate experience includes being commercial director at Possum, market leaders in the provision, installation and support of many types of electronic assistive technology.

Fuchsia manages Deepbridge’s private client marketing, including Deepbridge Syndicate - the online capital raising platform of Deepbridge Capital. With a degree in Financial and Business Economics from the Newcastle University, prior to joining Deepbridge Fuchsia was Client Relationship and Business Development Manager at AngelNews, a leading venture capital focussed news service and national events company for private investors and the companies they invest in.
With a wealth of experience in the venture capital sector, Fuchsia was also a co-founder and inaugural committee member of Greenshoots, the junior branch of the Enterprise Investment Scheme Association (EISA).

With over fifteen years of experience in financial services, Phillip leads the investor services and administration function at Deepbridge; ensuring processes are adhered to and regularly reviewed as well as ensuring the clients receive a first-class level of service for the life of their investment.
Prior to joining Deepbridge, Phillip worked as a paraplanner and senior manager within advisory businesses and high-street name financial services providers. Phillip’s most recent role prior to joining Deepbridge was as Head of Client Services for a community care company.
Phillip qualified from the University of Leicester with an LLB in Law.

Ray is an experienced capital markets professional having spent over two decades working for some of the largest banks and broking houses in the world.
He has held senior positions across a variety of disciplines including; trading, portfolio management, private banking and corporate finance with institutions such as Garban Intercapital (now ICAP), Prudential-Bache, Barclays Wealth, and Coutts & Co.
Ray works closely with sophisticated investors, private offices and institutional funding partners, as well as providing corporate finance support to later-stage portfolio investee companies.

Rick is currently Chairman of the English Football League, former CEO of the FA Premier League, and former CEO of Liverpool Football Club. During Rick’s twelve years at Liverpool FC, the club won ten trophies, including the UEFA Champions League. Since leaving Liverpool FC in 2009, Rick has chaired The Sports Betting Integrity Panel for the UK Government and has travelled extensively in North America and the Middle East and is now on the Board of the New York Cosmos. Sandie joined Deepbridge in April 2016 as Financial Accountant, before becoming Finance manager in 2019, following extensive experience in various Analyst, Financial and Management Accountant roles, including most recent experience with Merrill Lynch.
Sandie reports directly to Deepbridge’s CFO, overseeing the accountancy processes of Deepbridge and ensuring accounting standards are maintained to the highest level.

Andrew heads up Deepbridge’s Renewable Energy ventures. Andrew oversees identification, development and on-going management of all projects across the UK, currently focused on hydropower and wind turbines. Andrew has over two decades of operational experience of managing teams and projects within the public and private sector, in the UK and globally. Andrew regularly visits sites, manages timescales and works closely with all parties to ensure investors’ interests are looked after.

Dr, Andrew Round is Investment Director at Deepbridge. Prior to joining Deepbridge, Andy has been an investor in Healthcare and Life Science companies for the past 15 years with Praetura Ventures, Maven Capital Partners and now Deepbridge. Andy has several Healthcare exits under his belt and has managed investments from both EIS and VCT funds as well as public/private funds and balance sheet investments. Andy has also worked as a consultant for companies such as DSM, Sumitomo Chemical, Bayer and Lanxess advising them and assisting them on Mergers and Acquisitions. Andy has also been a Founder in an early-stage Biotech company that raised in excess of £60m and was listed on AiM, using microbes as a drug delivery vehicle.

David is a qualified financial professional and technologist with a broad experience having worked accross numerous sectors, including; power generation, ad-tech, medical devices and defence/aerospace.
As Investment Director at Deepbridge, David’s role is to support the commercialisation and growth of a number of Deepbridge’s portfolio companies, whilst also working on a number of future funding opportunities.
David’s previous role as an Investment Executive at the Development Bank of Wales’ Technology Investments team allowed him to lead investment rounds into a number of fast growing technology companies across a variety of sectors, including; space, AgTech,FinTech and Enterprise Software.
David is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a distinction in a MSc in Computing, bringing with him a combination of practical skills and experiences from finance and technology for early stage technology companies.
Although based in Wales David works with clients across the UK and is delighted to be playing a role within the early stage technology ecosystem.

Heather joins Deepbridge as our Investment Co-ordinator. Prior to joining Deepbridge, Heather has worked extensively within a corporate risk and regulatory environment within Financial Services, most notably at MBNA/Bank of America. She has a strong administrative and compliance/governance background and will be a valuable addition to the Life Sciences Team. Heather will also be working with prospective and existing life sciences investee companies, as part of the Deepbridge Life Sciences EIS and SEIS propositions.

Steve joined Deepbridge initially within the Investor Services team as Technical Manager, before transitioning into the Investment Team, focussed on the Technology Growth portfolio. In addition to working with the wider team and investee companies, with extensive experience of developing processes, onboarding new technology and managing change within organisations, Steve will be focussed on implementing change to current processes to drive the highest possible standards of service and efficiency within this business critical team. In particular, he is leading the development and implementation of the Deepbridge ESG policy and assisting portfolio companies with their performance.
Steve’s background has been working within the luxury travel sector for some of the UK’s market leading tour operators, with remits ranging from product, commercial and strategy; providing a clear insight into client-centric service delivery.
Outside of the office, Steve loves to engage in his passion for anything water related – open water swimming, sailing and skiing to name a few.

Mike’s pre-Deepbridge experience focussed on investment and tax efficient strategies, ensuring he knows the Deepbridge market and opportunities well.

Steven joined Deepbridge in 2015 after a previous role with a tax mitigation strategy company as a Relationship Manager. Steven joined as a Business Development Manager, was later promoted to Regional Director in 2019, and is now the Sales Director as of early 2024. Steven’s role is heading up the product distribution team via financial advisers for Deepbridge’s core products in EIS, SEIS and Business Relief.
Steven has a wide range of contacts in the industry and holds various tax-efficient investment related qualifications as well as a BA (Hons) in Business Management.

Adrian’s previous roles include 10 years as IT Director at Hewlett Packard followed by the role of CEO at the Irish Greyhound Racing Board, where he led the digitisation of operations. Most recently, since 2014, Adrian has been Commercial Director at Trinity College Dublin.

Andrew is an experienced venture capitalist, with experience of nurturing enterprises to build value, in the UK, Europe, Asia and North America. Andrew has worked extensively across the biotechnology, natural resources and cleantech sectors, providing guidance with business planning, fundraising, corporate transactions and strategy development.
A Yale University graduate, Andrew was admitted to the Bar in New York in 1981 and worked as a securities, financing and mergers and acquisitions attorney prior to utilising his extensive experience within working directly with companies in accessing the venture capital markets. Within the Deepbridge senior management team, Andrew oversees strategic development and deal structuring to ensure investors are best represented and investee companies are best positioned to transact growth and co-funding opportunities. Before joining Deepbridge, Andrew joined the management team at AlgaeCytes Limited, a biotechnology company, most recently serving as COO.
