Summary

HeadBox has developed a suite of software products that allow businesses and individuals to decrease the cost and time involved with booking, managing, and delivering on meetings and events.

The Company is operating in both the B2B and B2C markets which have different competitive landscapes. The B2B sector is currently dominated by large incumbents that predominantly operate a low-tech agency model. HeadBox has already won a number of significant clients from such incumbents, including some well-known brands.

The challenge with the B2C market has been to profitably operate in a space characterised by a lack of repeatable bookings, low conversion rate of enquiries and low value high volume transactions. Current competitors have not managed to do this with labour intensive solutions. Headboxs’ Lead Feed is a ‘no touch’ solution, with a high profit margin. Two of the existing competitors, have already approached HeadBox asking if Headbox would be interested in acquiring them, such is the competitive proposition offered by Headbox.

The Company is post-revenue and is now working on scaling both in the UK and internationally.
