In all references, ’Portal’ shall refer to the Deepbridge Secure Portal Powered by Exact Financial Software Limited.

USING THE SECURE PORTAL

The Portal is only available to Deepbridge Investors, Financial Advisers and authorised individuals.

 

FEATURES OF THE PORTAL:

• View your Deepbridge investments;

• View transactional data;

• Access tax certificates and investment updates;

• Update personal details;

• Communicate with the Deepbridge team.

 

CONDITIONS FOR USING THE SECURE PORTAL

• You must protect your log-in details and not share it with others;

• Only use the Portal to view your investments portfolio and associated documentation and communications;

• Do not use the Portal to upload or store any documents not directly related to your investments;

• Do not use the Portal in a way that could damage it or stop it from working or affect our systems or other users – for example, by attempting to hack into or

   inserting malicious code;

• You must not share any information viewed or downloaded with others, or broadcast content from your Portal;

• Do not collect any information or data from the Portal, or try to read any messages or information not meant for you;

• You must tell us straight away if your account details or any other personal information changes.

Data Privacy and your rights
We are committed to protecting your personal data. Where we are required to share your personal data, this will only be with our trusted third parties. 

Security
Neither Deepbridge nor Exact Financial Systems will contact you directly requesting any log-in or security details relating to Portal access. If you are contacted requesting login information, please contact us immediately.

Cookies
The Portal only uses a session cookie to support secure login.

Important changes to the Portal or Terms of Use

• We may need to make changes to the Portal from time to time. We will inform you in advance of any changes which may affect how you use

   the Portal:

• We will notify you of any changes to these Terms of Use. By continuing to use this Portal, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Communications

• By using the Portal, you agree to receive all communications via the Portal - Deepbridge reserves the right to send communications

  via post;

• It is your responsibility to keep up to date with communications relating to your investments;

• It is important that you keep us updated with any changes to your contact details;

• Deepbridge is committed to acting in the most environmentally sustainable manner possible, and as such, does not issue

   communications by post unless formally requested - should you require a paper copy, please contact our Investor Relations team.
