In order to assist advisers who are seeking to process applications prior to tax year end, Deepbridge has expedited a number of internal projects and therefore we can now confirm the following: 

1. We can accept scanned application forms (we shall require the hard copy at a later date, but for now a scanned copy will suffice to ensure applications are processed pre-tax year end);

2.We can accept e-signatures via recognised platforms, such as Docusign and Adobe Sign;
3.We are now processing online AML checks and therefore will only require hard copies/certified copies of identification if the online AML check requires them;
4.We can host video or audio conference calls with clients and advisers if required instead of face-to-face meetings.

We are delighted that our team has been able to expedite these projects and enable us to bring forward the use of such tools.
