On the death of Queen Elizabeth II, a statement from Deepbridge’s founder and managing partner, Ian Warwick:
On behalf of everyone at Deepbridge, I express our sadness at the death of HM Queen Elizabeth II.
I was fortunate to serve Her Majesty during my early career in the Royal Navy, when I swore an allegiance to The Queen which I carried throughout my life.
Having lived around the globe, a common symbol of Great Britain of whom everyone knew was The Queen - I can’t even guess at how many times I have been asked if I’ve met The Queen!
Across an unprecedented seven decades of service to our Country and The Commonwealth, Her Majesty was the absolute epitome of what I believe makes a great leader; calm and consistent with a steely authority.
During those seventy years of the second Elizabethan age our Monarch witnessed unparalleled social, economic, technological and healthcare advancements; which are all factors we at Deepbridge continue to champion.
Of course there is also a family mourning a mother, a grandmother and a great-grandmother. On behalf of the Deepbridge Family, I send our condolences to The Royal Family.
God Save The King.
