Kieran is a highly experienced professional in financial services, with a background in institutional fund management within the Lloyd’s of London insurance community and HNW private client stockbroking at Popes Stockbrokers (now Brewin Dolphin). He possesses deep expertise in private capital markets, including capital raising, investor relations, and strategic communication. As Technical Partner at Deepbridge, Kieran is responsible for leading the firm’s fundraising activities and ensuring the alignment of investment strategies.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments since 2001, Kieran also plays a pivotal role on the Investment Supervisory Committee. In this capacity, he serves as a vital link between Deepbridge’s Executive Team and the Independent Committee, providing the latter with the necessary insights and information to make timely and informed investment decisions.

Dr. Savvas is the Chief Investment Officer at Deepbridge, bringing over 15 years of experience in the City. Prior to joining Deepbridge, Savvas held senior roles in investment banking at JP Morgan, Bear Stearns, Shore Capital, Cantor Fitzgerald, and Panmure Gordon. He also served as CEO of Now Healthcare Group, a leading telemedicine business.
A highly regarded analyst, Savvas has received numerous accolades for his work, including ranking 2nd overall in the prestigious Reuters Starmine survey in both 2014 and 2015. He was also a runner-up in the CityAM Analyst of the Year awards in 2015.
Savvas holds a PhD in Psychopharmacology from Nottingham University and a BSc (Hons) in Pharmacology from Manchester University. His extensive experience and strategic insight continue to drive Deepbridge's success.

Having joined Deepbridge in 2014 and become a Partner in 2015, Andrew is a Member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing. He holds a BSc in Business Economics and Marketing from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. Outside of work, Andrew is also a patron of the Tim Parry Johnathan Ball Peace Foundation.

Ben has also held the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Now Healthcare Group, a leading telemedicine provider known for its Dr Now app.
Ben holds a BA (Hons) in Management from the University of Manchester. His broader corporate experience includes serving as Commercial Director at Possum, a market leader in the provision, installation, and support of electronic assistive technology.

With a degree in Financial and Business Economics from the Newcastle University, prior to joining Deepbridge Fuchsia was Client Relationship and Business Development Manager at AngelNews, a leading venture capital focussed news service and national events company for private investors and the companies they invest in.
With a wealth of experience in the venture capital sector, Fuchsia was also a co-founder and inaugural committee member of Greenshoots, the junior branch of the Enterprise Investment Scheme Association (EISA).

Phillip brings over 15 years of experience in financial services and currently leads the Investor Services and Administration function at Deepbridge. He is responsible for ensuring that all processes are consistently adhered to and regularly reviewed, while also ensuring that clients receive a first-class level of service throughout the life of their investment.
Before joining Deepbridge, Phillip worked as a paraplanner and senior manager in advisory businesses and with prominent high-street financial services providers. His most recent role prior to Deepbridge was Head of Client Services for a community care company.
Phillip holds an LLB in Law from the University of Leicester.

He has held senior positions across a wide range of disciplines, including trading, portfolio management, private banking, and corporate finance, with prestigious institutions such as Garban Intercapital (now ICAP), Prudential-Bache, Barclays Wealth, and Coutts & Co.
Ray works closely with sophisticated investors, private offices, and institutional funding partners, while also providing corporate finance support to later-stage portfolio investee companies.

Since leaving Liverpool FC in 2009, Rick has chaired the Sports Betting Integrity Panel for the UK Government. He has also gained significant experience through extensive travel across North America and the Middle East and is now a board member of the New York Cosmos.

Andrew is the Investment Director at Deepbridge, bringing over 15 years of experience in investing in Healthcare and Life Sciences companies. Prior to joining Deepbridge, Andy worked with Praetura Ventures and Maven Capital Partners, and has managed investments from EIS and VCT funds, as well as public/private funds and balance sheet investments.
Andy has a strong track record of successful Healthcare exits and has also worked as a consultant for leading companies such as DSM, Sumitomo Chemical, Bayer, and Lanxess, advising them on mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Andy was a Founder of an early-stage Biotech company, which raised over £60m and was listed on AiM, focusing on using microbes as a drug delivery vehicle.

David is a qualified financial professional and technologist with broad experience across numerous sectors, including power generation, ad-tech, medical devices, and defence/aerospace.
As Investment Director at Deepbridge, David supports the commercialisation and growth of several portfolio companies, while also working on future funding opportunities.
In his previous role as an Investment Executive in the Technology Investments team at the Development Bank of Wales, David led investment rounds into fast-growing technology companies across sectors such as space, AgTech, FinTech, and Enterprise Software.
David is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a distinction in an MSc in Computing. His combined practical skills and experience in finance and technology make him a valuable asset for early-stage technology companies.
Although based in Wales, David works with clients across the UK and is passionate about contributing to the early-stage technology ecosystem.

With a strong administration, compliance, and governance background, Heather brings valuable expertise to the Life Sciences Team. She works closely with both prospective and existing life sciences investee companies, contributing to the success of Deepbridge's Life Sciences EIS and SEIS propositions.

Steve joined Deepbridge initially as Technical Manager within the Investor Services team before transitioning into the Investment Team, where he focuses on the Technology Growth portfolio. With extensive experience in developing processes, onboarding new technology, and managing change within organisations, Steve is committed to driving improvements to current processes, ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency within this business-critical team.
In his role as ESG Lead, Steve is spearheading the development and implementation of Deepbridge’s ESG policy and supporting portfolio companies in enhancing their performance.
Steve’s background includes significant experience in the luxury travel sector, having worked with some of the UK’s leading tour operators. His roles have spanned product, commercial, and strategy, providing him with a deep understanding of client-centric service delivery.

Steven joined as a Business Development Manager, was later promoted to Regional Director in 2019, and is now the Sales Director as of early 2024. Steven’s role is heading up the product distribution team via financial advisers for Deepbridge’s core products in EIS, SEIS and Business Relief.
Steven has a wide range of contacts in the industry and holds various tax-efficient investment related qualifications as well as a BA (Hons) in Business Management.

Andrew is an experienced venture capitalist, with experience of nurturing enterprises to build value, in the UK, Europe, Asia and North America. Andrew has worked extensively across the biotechnology, natural resources and cleantech sectors, providing guidance with business planning, fundraising, corporate transactions and strategy development.
A Yale University graduate, Andrew was admitted to the Bar in New York in 1981 and worked as a securities, financing and mergers and acquisitions attorney prior to utilising his extensive experience within working directly with companies in accessing the venture capital markets. Within the Deepbridge senior management team, Andrew oversees strategic development and deal structuring to ensure investors are best represented and investee companies are best positioned to transact growth and co-funding opportunities. Before joining Deepbridge, Andrew joined the management team at AlgaeCytes Limited, a biotechnology company, most recently serving as COO.
