Deepbridge, the tax-efficient investment manager, has today (8th March 2019) announced the appointment of Alison Maughan as Investment Manager in the Life Sciences team.

A University of Oxford, Biological Sciences graduate, Alison joins the life sciences team to support Dr Savvas Neophytou’s team in identifying early-stage investment opportunities and working with Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) and Seed EIS (SEIS) qualifying companies.

Deepbridge provides investors with access to growth-focused investment opportunities via their Deepbridge Life Sciences EIS, Deepbridge Technology Growth EIS, Deepbridge Life Sciences SEIS and Deepbridge Innovation SEIS.

As evergreen funds with usually monthly deployment of funds, the Deepbridge Life Sciences EIS and Deepbridge Technology Growth EIS has capacity for deployment prior to 5 April 2019. The closing dates for the 2018/19 tax year are as follows: Thursday 21st  March for cheques, Tuesday 26th  March for bank transfers.
